Fresh fish .........

I was at my inlaws for dinner last night and they gave me fresh fish from fishmongers. It was haddock and the fishmonger put it in some breadcrumbs. It was then fried at home in some crisp n dry oil for a few mins each side. Anyone hv an idea what the syn value would b??

The fish would be free but its hard to judge as we don't know how much oil and breadcrumb was used. I'd go high to be on the safe side. Maybe 10/12 and then at least you know its unlikely you were over! Breaded fish fillets from places like sainsburys are 10 ish and normally they would be oven baked.
