What are the syn values of fresh mushrooms and onions Please and oes it chanhe when you cook (boil or steam ) then

Cooking them doesn't change their syn value (still Free!!) unless you coat them in batter and deep fry them :8855:

I normally just fry them in Frylight although you can make a garlic mushroom starter by frying garlic in Frylight with Mushrooms then melting in some Laughing Cow Light cheese triangles (HEA)

Just a quickie, to follow on from that: last night I boiled some leeks, drained them and put them back in the pan with some Laughing Cow triangles and had leek in cheese sauce to go with my pork chop, roasted veg, boiled carrots and brocolli. YUM

Please note: do not do what I did and have a whole pun net of mushrooms with my sw chips... I had the worse runs ever...

Talk about them being super free! LOL they certainly were super alright LOL
