From 14 stone to 13 stone

Me me me me me!!! I was 15 stone last week... weighed in today at 14:11... so 12lbs to go until I'm in the 13 stone bracket... we can do it!!! x

I've not weighed 13 stone 13 since I finished college... now that is going back some years, it's like time travel, lol!!! x

I absolutely love it!!! I was always a sciency mathsy girl, so I like the calculations and I work well to the theory of what goes in must be burnt or it sticks to your ass like an extra person!!! What is slimming world like?

Can I join? I am 14.9 as of this morning and just got into the 14s about 3 weeks ago. Came from the 19s and have not been this weight since school I think.

I need to push through as I want to feel good in a summer dress

yes the more the merrier.

i love the sw eating plan as you can have such a wide range of food. i suppose in a way it is calorie counting as they encourage you to have food on the lower end of the calorie scale.
