Fromage frais

Hi all. Does anyone have any good recipes with fromage frais? I've searched on here loads but no one seems to have any. I've bought a tub and its close to running out of date and I have no idea what to do with it. thanks

I made the chicken tikka masala from this months magazine... Uses fromage Frais to make the sauce....
