Frozen Veg

Hiya. Could someone please advise if frozen veg is called as free food or super free, things like frozen carrots,broccoli, cauliflower etc. Thanks

Depends really lol

If they have added oil then they will likely be synned. Most frozen veg is superfree with the exception of peas, sweetcorn and parsnips which would only be free
