Frozen Yoghurt

I absolutely love frozen yoghurt, does anyone know of any syn free varieties out there??

I have tried before, but they always go rock solid and cant eat them... though I have found somewhere and it said take it out the freezer 15-20mins before hand... though, then I gotta remember to do it!! He-he!
I have found a zero fat (they say) on-line but you can't mail order have to go the their shop! (in North Wales) I live in the south east! Never mind! I'll have to start experimenting!

Invest in an ice cream maker . It's Soooo worth it and you can have syn free frozen yogurt on tap!

I can second the ice cream maker but if you don't want the outlay just put your yoghurt in the freezer for 3-4 hours. If you put it in longer then it does goes rock hard and form ice crystals. But put in for a shorter time and it's like Mr Whippy

Thanks for the tips ladies!!! Will deffo look into the ice cream maker!!!! As long as I don't make ice cream eh?? He-he!!
