I have old sw books so need to check. Is 28g of fruit and fibre still a hexb? If I had double, do you know how many syns 28g would be? 28g of any cereal never fills me up!

Hi Jen the good news is that in the new books the hex b portion of fruit &fiber has now gone up to 35g. If you had it as syns it is 4.5 per 25g
