Gallo risotto expresso

Hi does anyone know the syns values of these in vegetable medley and mushroom.

I think I have cocked up. Picking these over their risotto pronto which is free!!!

I can't find it on the iPod app and my computer is broke!!!

Was going to have one for lunch but I'm scared to eat them now!!!!

I managed to get on the main site an put the info into the calculator. Mushroom was 5.5 syns, Vegetable was 6 - gutted however I have used them as they were good for a quick meal after a work out when bulked out with free/super free foods. They were yummy but I've learnt my lesson!!! Thanks for looking for me though : )
