Gammon steak recipe/meal ideas.... Help!

I thought we had a gammon joint type thingy in the freezer from the meat man, defrosted it and it turns out it is actually 5 gammon steaks!

Was hoping to do a nice slow roasted gammon but now not sure what to do.

Does anyone have any tasty ideas?

:3 sw chips, beans tomatoes mushroom peas and if wanted parsley sauce: handful of parsley, tablespoon cornflour, 2tablespoons of fat free natural yoghurt and water: mix the water and cornflour, add the parsley cook it out turn it off and stir in yoghurt or onion gravy: fry off some onions with fry light, add salt and pepper and a tablespoon of cornflour, a spoon of bovrill, a stock cube and some water

Sounds nice but I don't want them as gammon steaks lol! I want to do something with them rather than just serve them up as they are. Thanks though, does sound yummy x

chunk them up with some veg and make some sort of special fried rice (fried with fry light)

Have decided to make a pasta salad with chunks of gammon, hopefully will taste delish as really disappointed that I couldn't do a pulled pork recipe x
