Gammon with honey - help please!

Hi there, I might be being a bit slow but I just want to double check the syn values for something as I'm doing my weekly shop and don't want to pay for something I can't eat!

The product is Asda Gammon Joint with Honey (475g) and here are the values:

Typical values (ovenbaked) per 100g:
Energy 667kJ/158kcal
Protein 25.6g
Carbohydrate 4.9g
Fat 4.0g

I'm doing the extra easy plan and don't mind cooking it without the honey to reduce syns!
