Hi all, been hanging around on the forums for a few weeks and finally joined WW last Tuesday so thought I'd start a diary to keep me on track. Been ok so far, but wanted to write it all down here to help with my accountability and people can correct me if I make mistakes!

So a little about me, I'm 32 and proud mummy to 2 gorgeous boys aged 4 and 10 months. I had been over weight all my adult life, until in 2009, I saw the pictures of me at my sons 1st birthday party and knew I had to do something about it. I started LL at 16 stone 10 in September 2009. In February 2010 I hit target, 10st 10 and felt amazing, I had never experienced such feelings of self confidence, knowing I could wear whatever I liked, I felt amazing. I maintained for 6 months then decided to hve another baby, fell pregnant straight away and the sickness started so all my healthy rules went out the window and for 9 months I stuffed my face, ending up putting on 5 stone! I lost a stone going to the gym, then used a vlcd for another 2 stone loss, and have struggled the past 4 months, hanging around the same weight, trying to do vlcd, but keep binging. So I knew it was time for a change, to lose this weight the right way and learn about my eating while doing it.

My life is fantastic, my weight is the only issue that holds me back, it really does effect me, besides I have a lovely new wardrobe that I need to fit back into!

So here goes.. A new chapter in my life! Time to get back to 'healthy' and happy about myself.
 
Day 1: Wednesday 22nd feb

Breakfast:
Weetabix x 1 = 2 PP
Semi-skimmed milk = 3 PP
WW fromage frias, strawberry = 1Pp

Lunch:
Lots of mixed sald = 0PP
Ham, 3 slices = 2 PP
Hard boiled egg = 2 PP

Dinner:
3 small new potatoes = 2 Pp
Lean mince beef 125g = 6 PP
Kidney beans 70g =2 PP
Tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, peppers = 0 Pp

Snacks:
Wot sits = 3 PP

Total = 23/26
 
Thursday 23rd feb

Breakfast:
Aero mint mouse =3 PP
Banana, apple = 0 PP
Special k = 4 PP
Semi skimmed milk = 4 PP

Lunch:
Hovis best of both bread x2 = 3 Pp
3 slices ham = 2 PP
Light salad cream = 1 PP
Wotsits = 3 PP

Dinner:
Sweet chilli chicken 4 PP
New pots = 3 PP
Salad veggies = 0 PP
Satsuma, apple = 0 PP
Pitts bread = 4 PP
Aero mouse = 3 PP

Snacks:
Bevita = 2 PP
Banana
Grapes

Total used = 29/29
Weeklies = 6/49. 43 left
 
Friday 24 th feb

Breakfast:
Semi skimmed milk = 4 PP
Weetabix x 2 = 3 Pp
WW toffe yogurt = 1 Pp
Banana

Lunch
Hovis best of both x 2 = 3 pp
Ham = 2 pp
Salad cream = 1pp
Apple, banana

Dinner
Chicken soup, 1 tbls = 1 pp
Chicken Brest = 4 pp
Sweet corn = 1 pp

Sunday 26th feb

Today was hard! Pigged out a bit and felling it now, haven't gone over my weeklies though so fingers crossed will be ok. Not sure how I can eat this much and lose weight, but I'm willing to give it a go!
