Gerri's Slimming World Food Diary

:DHi all starting my food diary online today just to help keep myself motivated. I've been dieting for 2 weeks now at home and i am going to my first class on wednesday. :)

Todays eating plan:

Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal bread (HExB), 2 smoked bacon medallions (no fat) sliced tomato.

Snack: grapes, plum, kiwi, strawberry

Lunch: Baked potato with tuna and sweetcorn, salad, cherry tomatoes. Mullerlight yoghurt and a plum

Dinner: SW chicken curry with basmati rice and fruit salad :D

Snack: 1 bag walkers baked crisps (5 syns)
2 twirl bites (2 syns)


Slimming World Mini Goals:

Starting Weight: 12st 12lbs:eek:

Half Stone: 12st 5lbs
5% goal : 12st 3lbs
1 Stone: 11st 12lbs
10% goal: 11st 8lbs
1.5 Stone: 11st 5lbs
2 Stone : 10st 12lbs
2.5 stone: 10st 5lbs
3 Stone: 9st 12lbs
3.5 Stone: 9st 5lbs

so just had my curry which i made using cauliflower and curry powder so totally free and i added quorn fillet and lots of veg too and a bowl of fruit salad. I am totally stuffed right now. Gonna have my crisps later on with a cup of coffee. Looking forward to tomorrow.
 
Looking forward to my first official weigh in tomorrow at my first class.

Lunch: Ham sandwich on wholemeal bread with lettuce and tomato. fruit salad of plum and grapes

Dinner: leftover cauliflower superfree curry with rice from last night.

carrot sticks, danone activia 0% fat yoghurt
