get ripped!

I am going on vaycay in 17 days (Key West) for Easter! I have 16 days (starting tomorrow) to get ripped for my first trip of the new years! Then there is a second a month later in May.

Any Suggestions? Or motivation? I am excited!:D
 
Personal trainer, or join crossfit. Your best bet is the personal trainer though. I've one and I have weekly session with 2 other friends and we're all really competitive so we push each other way more than if we were doing the sessions alone. Having a group of 3 also brought down the price :)
 
I agree, I had one before (two separate times) and had fab results. Unfortunately until I return back to work I am on a budget so I think that is out of the question.

I wonder if I should just stick to Cruise 1/1 and I will achieve max results + my gym/cardio workouts?
