Hi guys I haven't been coming on here lately and I think that's a big part of the fact I haven't been sticking to dukan very well for months. I've been on and off constantly since Christmas and have lost a few pounds only to put it bak on again. So I'm back, I'm goin to keep using the site and hopefully I can start doing as well as I did before Christmas. I've joined a gym and booked my wedding for next August so I have renewed motivation! Anyway just wanted to check in, hope u are all doing and losing well x
