Getting married in 100 days

Day one

I'm getting married in 100 days! I'm 16 stone 4lbs and want to loose as much weight as possible! I've decided to do Diet Now which is similar to the lipo trim diets.

Today I've had slight headaches, obviously with not being in ketosis yet. So hopefully water will help it to ease.

Ketosis normally kicks in on day four but if you have done a vlcd before it could be day 3.

Hi mini, I'm getting on really well, still slightly hungry and don't have lot of energy but it's only what's to be expected of my first week though.

I haven't broke yet and I'm due to be weighed on Tuesday! X
