Hi all, I'm joining back to SW on Saturday, decided on Sunday I can't stay on cd all the time also been doing 30 day shred which is hard work
I am 100% on plan and trying to stay focused, I'm putting weight on ATM as I've been on 400cal a day diet for ages and now lm craving food, just want to start losing again..... I have 5 1/2 months till my dress fitting and desperately want it to not to be taken out :-/
