Getting myself healthy and happy

Well hello,

This diary is to try and help me keep on track. I want to keep with it this time, my poor body cannot go through losing and adding on so much weight (AGAIN).

I am still young and I want to be able to enjoy life, not be the one in the shadows, scared of what people are thinking of me. I can do it! So many inspiring people on here have done it, and I may just rely on you all for support, encouragement and inspiration.

So the plan:

1. Slimming world mostly. I will be doing some of it just plain and simple healthy eating though.
2. Kettleworx - I want to do the whole 6 weeks at least once.
3. Joining the Gym (when I have cash again!)

I have almost lost 3 stone in this restart so far- I want to make it up to 8 and a half lost. I know it sounds heaps but I was rather heavy! So how long do I want to take - simple answer as long as I need, but I would love to be at goal for my birthday at the end of March. That is just over 6 months time. So with 5.5 stone. I need to lose just under a stone a month.Quite possibly a crazy goal, so I would be happy with June. Basically whenever I get there as long as I do!

I have been going on walks with the BF lately which are around 3-5miles, so I am already getting there!

You sound really motivated and have a great plan set out in front of you. Have you set yourself mini goals, or even thought of joining any of the weight challenges here? x
