ProPoints Giving this food diary a try..........

I've just posted further down. I'm new here and have never done weight watchers before so i thought i'd throw myself into it and give this food diary thing a try??

Today is my first day and haven't had chance to go shopping yet so making do with what i've got in until i go shopping on friday....no point wasting food and no point in delaying starting!

I've also just been using a calculator online to work out the points value of food as i haven't really got the cash to be able to go to meetings at the min

So here goes

Breakfast:
Oat so simple Porridge with golden syrup - 6pp
Black Tea - 0pp

Lunch:
Cross and Blackwell Savory Rice - 10pp
2x Crispy Pancakes - 6pp
Black Tea - 0pp
2 Finger Kit Kat - 3pp

Tea:
WW Chicken Hotpot - 6pp
Black Tea - 0pp

Total:
Daily - 31/32pp
Weekly - 0pp

I realise i've not had the best food, but i'm trying to use what i've got in before i go shopping!!

welcome. I know what you mean about working around what u have in cupboard. No point wasting food. Looks good tho. :)

No i'm not going to meetings lack of cash at the min and go away at the end of the month!! Thought i'd give it a go on my own first and see how i get on! If i need the extra support when i get back off my holiday i'll look at going to meetings then!

Not too terrible and sticking to points

Belvita Breakfast Biscuits - 6pp

2 x Pita Bread - 8pp
2 x Slice of Ham - 2pp
Salad - 0pp
WW Lemon Cake - 2pp
Black Tea - 0pp

Tea:
Breaded Chicken Steak - 6pp
Pita Bread - 4pp
Salad - 0pp
Black Tea - 0pp

Extras:
25g Butterkist popcorn - 3pp

Total:
Daily: 31/32pp
Weekly: 7/49pp

Actually quite shocking how many PP are in some foods!!

God this all better pay off. Just spent 10mins sat at the table working out the points value of everything!!
