Glucosamine sulfate

Hi, does anyone know whether taking glucosamine sulfate whilst doing Exante 100% TS Would effect being in ketosis??

LOL no it's not. It's just a supplement, helps with your joints.

Can't see how it would affect ketosis, but hubby asked if it was alright me taking them, and now I'm unsure

I took glucosamine all the time I was doing Exante. Now I have lost weight, my knees are so much better and I don't need it.
It will not affect ketosis at all
