Does anyone know the syns of any gluten free sausages?
I think Tesco does a free from sausage and Marks and Spencer "peppery cumberland pork sausages" are gluten free but unsure of the syns on them?
I have found these two but again i don't know the syns, maybe someone can run them though the calculator for me? Ocado: 8 Cambridge Gluten Free Pork Sausages Waitrose Love Life 454g(Product Information) and Ocado: Good Little Company 12 Good Little Sausages 340g(Product Information)
