Goals??

Hi all,

I tried exante last year and the packs were awful... read about slim and save and tried a few of them last year and they were really nice... then however I moved out and had to move into temporary accommodation before my house was ready and couldn't afford to continue! However, now I'm settled into my new house I really want to give this a go!

I would like to lose about 2 stone (currently 10st8lbs and 5ft 1 so by BMI 28 so I do have some to lose in order to be 'healthy'!

I remember feeling awful on the first 3 days of exante and couldn't even eat the horrible packs (so was not even getting the right calories) - I'm starting this tomorrow so any advice will be much appreciated!

I want to lose as much as possible by 30th March so just under 6 weeks, it's probably possible but I don't want to push it!

Hey :) im restarting s&s and around the same weight and height as you, my goal is 8.7 stone.

Slim and save Is like heaven compared to other vlcds lol getting into ketosis can be crappy but just keep drinkin and maybe have some coke zero and youll get through it :)

Yeah we do have similar stats! I know as soon as I do the first few days I'll be happy when I see the numbers coming down. What is your goal date?

Yeah th first few days are the hardest then it gets much easier :)

I dont really have a goal time, I only get married in sept but want to be at goal ASAP to tone up :D

Thank you! Just had a chocolate shake for breakfast... it was lovely! I'm a massive milkshake lover anyway so hopefully that part will be easy if they all taste this good!

I'm fully prepared for my first day... have my water and I'm ready to go! Will go for a walk this afternoon to take my mind of any hunger... then I'll have a bath, paint my nails and read a book! I have a plan!!!

I have caramel, toffee, cafe latte, strawberry, vanilla! I also ordered some meals in case I crave something savoury!

I am determined to look better than I do now when I'm on the beach in just under 6 weeks so I really want this to work!

Have you tried any of the meals?

Yep I like the spicy spaghetti and the mac cheese, going to try the noodle soup soon, not a fan of soups atall but thought I'd give this a whirl!!

You will do great hun! On this diet u can get brill results in 6 weeks :) xxx

I hope so! Excited! I figured 3lbs per week would be 18lbs by the time I go! Hopefully I can do that!
