You will get the portion pots, the 1st 2 weeks of the diet (fat attack, 1200 calories) and a few bits of info in your bag about becoming a premier member etc. It may vary from different franchises but that is what i got. Congratulations on taking your first step. Im sure that you will love it! xx

Exactly what Kelly says!! lol Good on you for joining before Christmas too as after Christmas you could have another half stone or more to lose, so in theory you're giving yourself a stone head start ! lol

I think it all depends on the franchisee so I would definitely recommend you print off the voucher
