I girlies :) I need your help! My run is on sunday and usually I have a banana before to keep me going and a hydration drink any advice what to this year so I'm not sick?? :) xx

Just want to say good luck for your run, if your as energentic as your posts you'll fly it x
 
Tell yourself it's all in your head! Your body knows how to use protein and fat to fuel, you wouldn't be functioning on dukan without it, and you can do this!! Good luck and use sugar free jelly for that boost at the end!
 
Thanks elidh :) got jelly muffins and chicken packet for after! And water water water and a Dukan 'sandwich' for before with two eggs! Can't wait x
