Grasshopper and Hoots syn values?

Hi all

New to this forum and was wondering if anyone knew the syn values for the following:

Grasshopper Porridge Pots (made by Grasshopper-foods)
Hoots (baked crisps, made by The Wise Owl Snack Company)

Any help would be much appreciated!

You can just use 1 syn per 20 calories for both items as they do not qualify for a free food allowance xx
