are we allowed to use gravy in the cruise phase or does anyone have a recipe for gravy thanks

Hi Rachaell

Not a big gravy fan myself but in cottage pie I would just use loads of veggies, a squirt of tomato purée OR a dash of red wine. Add some boiling water and let it simmer down to a lovely, gloopy meaty mix.
