Gravy

I'm having a bit of a nightmare! We go to my mums for tea on a Wednesday and she's just told me today it will be something with chicken, either curry, sweet and sour or chicken dinner.

It sounds silly, but other then special occasions like Christmas and Easter I haven't had gravy :/ I don't really know how to syn it and as me and my boyfriend aren't fussed about roast dinners its never bothered me.

If she does a chicken dinner, how do I syn the gravy. I'll make sure I only have a bit just so the meal isn't dry but what syns do I count?

I'm tempted to make some syn free bbq sauce to put on top instead :/

my book say gravy made with granules 142ml 1/4pint. 2 1/2syn

That's not too bad then, I don't think I'd have that much, but I'll count that much. Thank you.

I feel really weird as I don't even know if that's what she's cooking, but I do hate that feeling of not being in control
