Great Boost

Hi
First week on it & lost 12lbs. Could not really believe it did 2nd week & lost 3lbs so that is 15lbs in 2 weeks & I feel so well on it. I have been exercising for an hour a day does anyone know if I am doing this do I need to have another shake etc or is it still 3. Thanks in advance for your help Sue
 
Wow thats is fabulous well don 2 u I would b dancing on the ceiling if I cud ha ha main thing us u know its working so this will spur u on peeps say different things wen it comes 2 exercise I think its a case of listening to ur body dont push it 2 much if ur feelin lethargic or tired as exante affects people in different ways also how did u know u was in ketosis does a strange feelun come over u and ur no longer hungry not sure wat to expect.....av a gud 100% day:)
 
Hey suedaf! Well done on you fabulous losses !!! I personally stop losing weight when I exercise therefore trying it put it off and start with very light cardio nd toning. Depends on the individual as jumpinjacks mentioned, but I am in favour of working out and would love to do more once my body has adjusted to the diet:)

I can honestly say after the first 3 days (no exercise) I felt like I had so much energy & I did not feel hungry at all. So I can only guess my body was in ketosis. So I started back at the gym but I only go light & I feel terrific. Long may it last Lol!!! I have another 1 1/2 stone to lose so hopefully be there in time for the sunshine (if we get any more) Sue
