I know it seems funny seems I can't currently walk more than 3 steps without stopping but I am doing the Great North Run at the end of September in conjunction with Cambridge for Diabetes UK.
If anyone feels they can sponsor me then please go to www.justgiving.com/mikecambridge , all the money goes directly to the charity and they get 28% more money because of Gift Aid.
Nothing is expected but anything is appreciated.
I might yet have to walk the whole thing but I need something to focus on to get fit again so thought this seemed a good / slightly mad way!
