Greek yogurt

Hi all, I was just wondering whether tesco finest 0% Greek yogurt is free or not? The total one is just a bit pricey but I've heard the tesco one is a bit thin?

As for it not being as thick I use powder gelatin to thicken everything, maybe you could give that a try xx

What a brilliant idea, I'd not thought of that! I've just made the most delicious cherry bakewell frozen yogurt and it was completely free. I think if I'd made it with normal yogurt it just wouldn't taste as luxurious!

Total 0% (500g tub), almond extract (about 2-3 caps), vanilla extract (1 cap) and about 4 heaped tbsp of sweetener. Threw all of these in the ice cream maker and churned until almost frozen and just before the end I stirred in a punnet of fresh cherries (obviously stoned). Really really delicious! I think it was creamy enough to pass as real ice cream

Ill be writing that down. Sounds lovely, my tastes have changed too. Used to be a really savoury person. Defo crave sweet things now! Thanks hun xx

No problem I'm the same though, crisps and bread are my nemeses but I've been craving ice cream and chocolate recently. Weird! I imagine it'd be pretty easy to make different flavours of ice cream using the Greek yogurt. I'm thinking mint extract and options sachets or options and orange pieces?
