Green days

Hi

I am new to Slimming World and going to attend a class on Wednesday. My friend gave me the books to look at and I am just wondering if someone could help me out so I can try the diet out before starting classes? For Green days I understand you have unlimited green foods eg pasta etc and then 1 or 2 choices from the milk/cheese section and then 2 from the cereal etc section. Just wondering for the section that has the weighed meats, is it just one of these you have??

You get two healthy extra b choices on the green plan. That would be two from the list of breads, cereals, meats, fish, stewed canned and dried fruits, nuts and seeds, canned soups. So you would not get two from the cereal list plus meat

To be honest it sounds like your friends book may be out of date. Does it have the extra easy plan in it? That plan allows you to eat unlimited lean meat and fish as well as pasta etc
 
Hmm it might possibly be or I could be reading it wrong as the book does include extra easy! Thanks for replying, think I will wait until the meeting so I can my head around things. Do you know if u get online access when u attend meetings? I used to go to weight watchers classes and paid monthly so I could get online access/app
