Hubby was really good as in he has lost over 2 stone now and not really doing diet has just cut back on what he eats and makes wiser choices and has been going on treadmill every night. Well after the events of last weekend we have both been a tad off track but today he is telling me to go to shop and buy diet coke and crisps and biscuits and sweeties for the car as we are away tonight to drive to Glasgow then tomoro Birmingham as we gonna see AC/DC and on Fri take kids to Alton Towers and go visit my friend on way back up road Fri night and home Sat night. I said to him I am trying to get back my focus and get back on plan and when away will be trying to have good things to eat not snacks and junk food. I just wish he would get back in zone as he was good at keeping me on track and now he is leading me astray and I really don't want to as I need to stay focused or I will fail and just get upset with myself again. Why do things have to be so hard! :sigh:
