For anyone that loves Chinese takeaway - I can really recommend the gunpowder pork recipe from the April SW mag! It is beautiful and my hubby thought it was one of the nicest meals he's had - absolutely packed with flavour! It's a bit loaded with unusual ingredients that you might not have in your cupboard but well worth the expense!!! We had it with the egg fried rice recipe which was also in the mag!
