Gym and Protein Shakes

Hi there, I started the attack phase yesterday. I have bootcamp on Mondays & Thursdays, on Tuesdays & Fridays I have weight training followed by a run with some friends. I normally have a protein shake between the sessions and sometimes a protein bar but either way, it contains quite a bit of carbs. I need the energy for the next session and egg or meat will be too heavy and make me nausious.
With all my training, I am still 20 kgs (+- 40lbs) overweight. Can I continue to use the protein shakes while on the diet? How long for the attack phase? 10 days?

As for protein shakes, the doctor doesn't approve of them. Have you read the book?
 
I ordered the book from Amazon, so I'll receive it this week or next. I wanted to start so long. Sorry if I asked the same questions as before....

It might be worth skipping bootcamp for the one session while you are in attack, maybe substituting an activity that won't over challenge your muscles.
