Hi everyone, I joined the gym yesterday and plan to go properly on Tuesday. I have been the gym before, but to be honest it lasted 2 days and that included 5 minutes on a treadmill each time 

Anyway, that was a few years a go now and this time I feel very up for it and excited. I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice/tips for a newbie? What to avoid/what to wear/what to use ect ect.
