Hair loss/snapping

Or the last few weeks I noticed my hair at the front start to snap off, didn't think anything of it untill today, my hair is snapping away at the side and back!! When I wear my hair in pony tail there is lots of hair snapped and I have to clip it to keep it up. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've lost hair whilst on LT, it's only starting to grow back. It's one of the side effects of LT I'm afraid....

Small bit of advice... try not to tie it up as this "stresses the tresses" as it can pull and strain the hair. Also be reassured that it will grow back again, and your not going to go bald!!! Try volumising shampoos and thickener sprays hun xxx

Lucie my hair is long too and I worry about hair loss... but its normal and it will all grow back again hun xx

Mine is falling out (although it seems to have slowed down now..touch wood...!!) but i've not heard of it snapping off before! Do you bleach your hair hun? Maybe it's not the Lipotrim and it's just that?
If not then i'm still not sure it's the diet as the hair falling out is where it is being pushed out by new hair after it stopped growing during the diet so wouldn't make it snap i wouldn't have thought. Happy to be proved wrong though! x
