I LOVE the show and will be buying the cookbook as soon as the series ends!

What I like is that taste is so important to them - I've bought 'diet' cookbooks before but the low cal options are just not the same - whereas Si and Dave and out to make sure that the taste is still there!

And the guys have done so well!

I locve the show, the cookbook is already out and I've already brought it. Try the egg bacon and asparagus flan, it's amazing!

Loved this show and im desperate to try the pies and quiche. Big downfalls of mine that i wont have to avoid. Heaven!
