I have just had a Youngs Prime Atlantic cod fillet in chilli and lemon sauce and it was gorgeous and only half a syn .... plus its on offer in asda (frozen section) half price at just £1,25

thay also do it in garlic and sundried toms which is 1.5 syns

can be microwaved as well for a super speedy tasty tea

Oooh thanks for sharing this! I love my fish and have been eating the Birds Eye bag ones, but they're not as low in syns as this. Going on my shopping list
