Halogen Help?

Ive just been bought a halogen oven and looked forward to trying it read the books 1st. Thought I would try butternut squash turned it on and it keeps knocking off so I emailed the company they said turn both dials on fully did that still doesnt stay on. I was looking forward to trying it and it being quicker than the big oven for bits of veg so at this rate I wont be cooking anything. Any ideas has this happened to you?

I dont have one but it could possibly be a loose wire? Try wiggling it a bit see if that makes it come on/off. If so im sure the company would replace it for you. Other than that im no help!

we have one and my first one did this i took mine back and got a diffrent make

If it keeps switching off then there is something wrong with it and you should take it straight back.

The courier will pick it up on Wednesday Ive ripped up the box so will have to find another one .
