Going 2 Harvester this evening 4 dinner have had a look at the menu and thinking chicken breast basmati rice tomato salsa + salad how does this sound on syns. Also has the chicken breast got skin on it havent been here 4 ages and cant remember

I have the grilled chicken jacket and loads of free salad from the salad bar..but check with them that they dont rub the jacket skin in oil before baking to make it crisp..that will add between 1 and 2 syns if they do

when i go harvester i have the chicken with the jacket potato and peas just tell them you dont want anything in butter or oil and they will accomodate your needs and no the chicken doesnt come with skin on. x
and on the plus side all the options on the menu have the calories next to them so you can work out how many syns things are x
