has anyone else only lost 6lbs in their first week?

I would be happy at six pounds but i know its all water as it happened in the frst 2-3 days.i would love someone to say they only lost a little at the beggining but had a better loss in week 2?

as im 15. i thought id lose more. xxxxxxxx:confused:
 
Well done to you. In the first week it is usually water that you lose. 6lbs is a lot.

Week two and after should be a a steady healthy weight loss of approx 2-3lbs. Some people will lose more, depending on how heavy they are.
