Has anyone got a lowcarb curry recipe?

Ok, so im craaavvving curry! like mad!
has anyone got a low carb recipe ?

curry paste, the with either cocnut milk or natural yogurt, the milk is lower carb

You'll have to substitute scallions for onion, otherwise my lamb curry is OK.

I don't think the butter chicken one is mine Linz.

jim you said Scallions???? can i ask why, just as far as i was aware it was an NI saying and never heard it mentioned by anyone in england, folk get confused when i mention scallions by accident

erm, not sure Sam, I've always called them scallions, I know most people say spring onions, but I've always known them as scallions. Didn't know about the NI bit though, I've no Irish in me that I'm aware of. Though I have spent a fair bit of time there over the years.

just strange as scallions is what we put in champ and i thought it was a local dialect.... oh well

shall have to go and do a bit of research. but i do love me scallions........
