I started Attack yesterday and did really well I've just had a lunch of prawns, smoked salmon & crabsticks with a bit of sweet chilli sauce..... I'm stupid I know but will this stop yesterdays good work??
It shouldn't stop it.. just don't weigh yourself and make sure you drink enough water due to smoked salmon being quite salty! Just carry on with you Attack phase and learn from this and put it behind you!
and I think the limit is 4 a day for crab sticks?! someone may correct me...
