Well - slow, slow is GOOD.
Means that it will most probably stay off better than if you lose it quickly as it's a well documented fact that it will go back quickly.
Catcrazy - I've done that - at the request of my Dr only to find he merely glanced at it, put it to one side and then thrust a diet sheet into my hand!
I have found it very helpful writing a diary on here, you will be surprised at the amount of people who pop up and add their comments, advice and encouragement. All the best to both of you for your knew start.
