Headache!!

Does anyone else get a head ache when doing the "Red" days.. ??? This is all new too me so I wanted to try the different days out to see which suited me best. So I have done a few "EE" days and a "Green" day and a few "Red
" days now and everytime i do the Red day I get a headache... is that just me?

I do suffer from headaches aswell when doing a red day, it's bizarre! But I just up my water intake and later in the evening I feel better x
