So I've cut this out of my slimming world diet now and I'm wondering if it's the wrong thing to do or not. So my pack says this:
I went from having skimmed milk in my coffee to getting rid of this and having babybel lights as a snack. Babybels then stopped being on offer at Tesco and Sainsbury and were bloody expensive for a snack during the day at full price so I stopped buying them. I then had a thought, for breakfast every day I have 0% fat natural yoghurt or a muller light and every evening I have 0% natural fat yoghurt. Surely I'm getting my calcium quota from these two?
Does anyone else skip this healthy extra or should I be reintroducing something off this list to my day? I have found I've lost a bit more weight in the weeks where I've not eaten a couple of babybel's a day!
Thanks
