Healthy Extras - can I do this?

Hi,

Today I have had 2 1/2 laughing cow cheese traingle (1/2 HE) can I now have 1 Alpen light bar as the other half a HE?

i have done it in the past and i have never worried about it. go for it as long as your not over or under your healthy b allowance

MrsAH the cheese is a HEA whereas the Alpen bar is a HEB so as Abigail said be careful not to go over, it would be more relevant to have half A with cheese and the other half with milk x

Hiya thanks. In my book it says you can have 5 laughing cow light as a B choice, is that wrong?

Sorry MrsAH yes you can on a green day, I just checked on my online diary and it let me do it, I checked my book before I posted but obviously couldnt see for looking in my book lol xx

Yes I do that sometimes, as long as it adds up to one HE I don't see the problem with splitting it
