Healthy Extras red and green

Hi, a little confused about the healthy extra b for red and green days.

I know it says you are allowed 2 of these per day but am just wondering whether I am supposed to have a healthy extra from each section or whether for example i could have 2 portions of bran flakes?

Any help on this would be appreciated thanks :)
 
You can choose from whichever section you want, so yeah you could have two lots of bran flakes if that's what you want. I always have my healthy extra's from that first section rather then the extended section
