for my healthy extra i had 2 small wholemeal rolls as id read somewhere that counts as your he,just read somewhere else its only 1 wholemeal roll! help?X
You get 60g wholemeal bread or roll for your HEB. For that you will likely only get one (very) small bread roll. Best to weigh them and syn any excess.
