Heinz scotch broth soup is 9.5 syns on all plans for a 400g can.

thanks for that. i just love that soup, and as it is so low in calories, I felt sure that is would be SYNless. I am gutted. Oh well, back to the fat free yogurt until I find me way round this programme. thanks again.
