Hi does anyone know how many syns heinz sweet chilli sauce is please x

You would need to read the label to be sure, but according to the Tesco website (usually reliable, but not always) the calorie count is 28 per 15g serving. 1 syn is 20 calories for sauces (no free food allowance) so that would be one and a half syns per 15g serving.

Jumbo prawns with a sweet chilli dip sound perfect for me right now. Not bad syn value I thought, thanks for the info x
